Mo-DV's primary product is the Mo-DV Multimedia Player (Player) for mobile devices and other computing platforms. The Player is a licensable software application which provides content providers, (movie studios, record labels, publishers, etc.) a means to distribute and protect their products for use on mobile phones and other computing platforms. Delivery of content can be via retail channel, kiosk, or through the internet.

The Player includes the Graphic User Interface (GUI), video and audio rendering, play list management, video and audio decoding and copy protection. Mo-DV offers a highly secure method for copy protection through its proprietary Digital Rights Management (DRM).

The Player is typically stored on removable flash memory devices such as SD memory cards and USB flash drives. It is implemented in such a way that multiple versions (one per target platform) can be stored on the flash memory device along with content. A feature of the Player is that the look and feel is the same across platforms.

The Mo-DV Multimedia Player plays on the Smartphone operating systems Windows Mobile, Symbian and Palm. Linux (Android, Maemo) and the non smartphone operating environments of Java and BREW are in development. Also, the player is compatible with the PC operating systems Windows 2000, XP, and Vista and soon Apple OS and Linux for PC's.

Mo-DV also offers a product for creating encoded and encrypted multimedia content: the Mo-DV Composer. The Mo-DV Composer utilizes both standard and proprietary video and audio encoding. The Mo-DV Composer conversion functions permit near instantaneous fast forward and rewind in the Player and provide for Digital Rights Management (DRM).

The company also offers content protected audio and music videos for the recording industry. This includes iPod-like libraries of up to 128G.
