Jessica H. Fullmer, Founder and CEO
Jessica Fullmer founded Mo-DV in 2002, built the team, and created the progressive strategy and branding for the company. Since its founding, Jessica has raised over $5 Million in equity capital. She has established contracts and with two major motion studios, Sony and Paramount, and developed sales to retail through four major flash media device manufacturers. She has also brought prominence to Mo-DV Inc. as a business. Previously, Ms. Fullmer founded the Sustainable Business Institute, a globally recognized non-profit institution. She has also consulted for organizations in the private sector, government, and education, including teaching at a number of colleges and universities. She has served as a board member on 14 Boards of Directors. In the early days of her career, Jessica was mentored and trained by Dr. Edward Deming and his protégés.
Eric Hamilton, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Eric Hamilton has spent 30 years in the digital video, audio, and still picture industries, with seven Silicon Valley companies. Most recently he was Chief Scientist of HandHeld Entertainment where he had responsibility for specifying and developing the company’s compression and digital rights management technology. Consistent with his industry status, Hamilton served for three years as the Chairman of the International JPEG Committee, which is responsible for establishing the worldwide standards for compression of still pictures. Previously, he was CTO at Compression Science Corporation, a startup, which was developing next generation video encoding and decoding technology. Hamilton holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
John Douglas, Vice President of Technology Development
John Douglas has over 40 years experience in computer programming, systems engineering, and technical management. Since 1976, Mr. Douglas has specialized in the field of video teleconferencing and image compression. He is listed as inventor on two patents. Douglas has been a principal founder and officer of three Silicon Valley companies. Mr. Douglas holds a BS in Mathematics from California State Polytechnic College and an MS in Applied Mathematics from Santa Clara University.
